Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Quotes Nepal mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Obligations
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Engage in any conduct that may disrupt the App’s functionality.
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could harm Ektukra Creators Pvt. Ltd. or its users.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Ektukra Creators Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Ektukra Creators Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App’s operation or the information, content, or materials included. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ektukra Creators Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App, its servers, or emails sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Ektukra Creators Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
